If you believe content on SPIK infringes your copyright, send a detailed notice to dmca@spik.me. We may remove or disable access while we review the complaint.
What to include in a notice
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including enough information for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
What to include in a counter-notice
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law.
Repeat infringement policy
SPIK may suspend or terminate access for repeat infringers, repeated misuse of third-party intellectual property, or evasion of copyright enforcement actions.
