Status
Safe rollout first
The public Discord surface is intentionally simple while SPIK grows. Complex questions should go through the Community Hub so every request gets a ticket trail.
Support routing
Use Discord for lightweight questions, then move sensitive wallet, payout, claim, or legal issues into the Community Hub.
Spikbot safe mode
Spikbot keeps Discord replies short and careful. If it is unsure, it should route the issue for review instead of guessing.
